WHY WE #EFFINGLOVE IT: Guilt-free and flavour-heavy. This lean white meat has a mild fresh flavour , medium-firm texture and large flake with subtle sweet flavours, Great alternative to Halibut.

COOKING METHODS:  Best methods include- bake, broil, deep-fry, grill, sauté, or steam – great option for fish n chips

FISH TIPS:  Atlantic and Pacific Cod are not often separately distinguished in the marketplace and are used interchangeably with Pacific Cod, the cooked meat is white, lean and flaky with a mild taste.  Cook it any way you want, you won’t be disappointed.

If fresh is unavailable, product will be substituted with Frozen.
